I’ve gushed over This Is series and prequel Something So series and Zoe’s story is better than Zara’s IMO. Love the banter & humor between characters and strong support system, the thread of team, friends, even extended families being as tightly bound as blood relatives speaks to me. Acceptance and grace are what we all need more of. These stories are HEA so some may call them predictable but while hockey family & true abiding love are the end game paths their owns.

What a story. Loved Viktor and Zoe’s heart felt love affair. The audio book was even better than the ebook. Bravo to the voice actors. Ten glorious stars.

I was really intrigued about Zoe and Viktor. I wanted to see how Natasha wrote a character like Viktor and how she got into the mind of an addict. There's a scene that I think she did really well with Viktor and being in his head during difficult and intense situations is a really interesting place to be.

There was definitely the right amount of steam and spice. Zoe is a hard shell to crack compared to her sister Zara, but along the way, Viktor tore down her walls and revealed all her soft spots. The relationship and connection these two had were completely different to other couples Natasha has written about before. Because of the issues in this book it was a heavier more emotional read than some of the others but still enjoyable from start to finish.
