My only problem with this story was the narration. It was a slow monotone and at 1st hard to get into the story. I'm glad I didn't give up as the story itself got better.

The narration is awful. It's so monotone. Almost like a weird cadence to the voice. This book is also somehow too much & not enough at the same time. I DNF. It also just had no chemistry between the leads.
