This week on Raising Health Mothers I'm talking to Arianna Radji Lee of Pachamama, a digital platform connecting mums and providing a modern, mother-focused, democratised approach to postnatal care.   In the episode we talk about what Pachamama aims to do, how Arianna pivoted to take it entirely online during the pandemic and how the business has changed and developed.   We also discussed about feeling ambivalent about starting a family and how becoming a mother causes a transition that is not discussed enough and how she aims to bring these difficult and uncomfortable conversations to the platform.   And we talked about being pregnant and being a business owner and how the pressure we can put on ourselves to push through even when we're not feeling our best physically and mentally.
