Do I believe in morning routines? Not strict ones to be honest, I'll explain why in this episode. But, I do try to do these things (or at least most of them) nearly every single work morning. To reach our goals, we know that we need to stick to our intentions that we set for the day - and the happier and more motivated we feel, the EASIER it is to do what we KNOW we need to do. Setting your morning up correctly can seriously help here. If I miss one of these things, I often feel it trickle into my day and it leads me to feel anxious and unfocussed.
