Today on the podcast we have Alyssa Ritchey, a successful member of team USA for Olympic Weightlifting! Alyssa recently broke the Pan American Championship clean and jerk record in 2019. This girl is beyond bitty strong with the ability to clean and jerk double her body weight and has showcased that on a platform. We are so happy that she was able to come onto our show to chat about olympic weightlifting, Hashimoto Thyroiditis diagnosis and the struggle that many Olympic Weightlifters have with urinary incontinence.
