In today's episode, we welcome Jake Dunn, aka The Rehab Process! Jake is a strength and movement coach based out of New York City. Oringially from Florida, he played college baseball as a left handed pitcher and graduated from the University of Central Florida. Jake has a serious eye for movement and he works with clients in person and online helping people create more efficient movement patterns while making them stronger using systems of respiration, fascia and neurology!
