Today we are chatting with mother, teacher and creator Meredith Deanne about undergoing open heart surgery, the critical complications resulting in an additional emergency surgery and how it impacted her and her family.  Meredith vulnerably shares about her heart health journey, the impact each of her 4 pregnancies had on her heart, how she learned to advocate for herself in the health care system, and how she has navigated the layers of trauma and healing from her experiences.
