Owners of OEB Saskatoon, husband and wife duo Derek & Kori chat with us about navigating business together in a new industry during COVID, constant pivots in an ever changing environment, and how "focusing on the forward" helped them to maneuver the challenges and build a strong foundation together.
They share how opening a business together has impacted their marriage + family dynamics, the importance of their values and clear communication in  leadership,  how the support of their community got them through the uncertainty of 2020 and the difference between having a meal and having an experience!
