No. The reason you jump from diet to diet and don't see lasting results is not what you THINK I'm going to say. Yes, I believe that diets are designed to fail. Yes, I believe that restricting anything (foods, calories, carbs, etc) leads to nothing but guilt, shame, and self-loathing. But the reason you feel the need to jump from diet to diet without seeing the results you hope for has little to do with the diet, and a lot to do with what's rooted within YOU (not in a blaming way of course)! 
This episode is dedicated to uncovering the hidden thoughts that are keeping you stuck in diet mode. The need to continuously think you need "the latest diet" to make progress on your health goals. Until you get to the bottom THIS you will continue to cycle through diet after diet until you burn out. 
In this episode we talk about:
- What drives our food habits.
- What determines the actions we take (dieting, healthy eating, etc).
- How to squash negative self-talk with one simple task.
- How to apply all of it to move you forward to your ultimate nutrition goals.
