Description

Did you know, you can tell a lot about your nutrition by the health of your nails? A nutrition-focused physical exam is something that can be incredibly helpful (and kind of cool) in showing you what areas of your nutrition need to be improved. Looking at areas such as your skin, hair, tongue, and nails is one piece of the health puzzle but knowing what to look for is the first step.
In this episode I break down:
- why looking at certain areas on your body is a helpful tool to determine nutrient insufficiencies.
- What to look for and where.
- How quickly you can notice change.
- my own example.
I also walk you through an activity of looking at your own nails to start taking note of what you see. If this is useful to you and you'd like to learn more, sign up for the waitlist of the upcoming workshop where we will go over common signs and symptoms and what it means from a nutritional lens HERE.
