The plaintiff says he bought a Porsche from the defendant, but the guy’s place burned down before he could pick it up. She claims it was wrapped in moving blankets when she picked it up, so she didn’t discover it was damaged until she got it home. She claims she was duped and is suing for a refund. The defendant says the lightly used furniture was fine when she sold it.
