[9:41] Why Having Longevity Goals Better Than Performance and Fitness Goals?  -       Fitness goals are driven by initial vanity, and performance goal mainly focuses on eating to improve your performance. But both goals do not translate to longevity. -       For longevity, you need to consider how your eating and doing affect certain markers in your bloodwork. -       Body scans and blood work should be superior to having a good outward appearance. -       You can have fitness and performance goals, but longevity goals should be prioritized. [17:53] Sleep, Nutrition, & Diet: Which One is The Most Important? -       Start with your diet first. -       Diet is what you do. Every day, it's a conscious effort. It's where you start balancing your hormones out. -       If you start exercising, most people will get hungry, which goes back to the diet. [24:06] Get a Calcium Score and Strive to Achieve The Power of Zero -       Zane has a zero-calcium score with his animal meat diet. -       Everyone should have a goal of getting a zero score on calcium score. -       The calcium score is the ultimate test to see if you are at risk. -       It’s important for people to get a calcium score.
