Diana shares her story of turning to fitness in the hard times and how it’s helped her step out of her comfort zone with her OCD. She has seen the difference fitness has made in her life and the lives of the high school students she teaches. She is the author of the book YES, YOU CAN where she shares her battles with OCD and how she was ultimately able to shift her perspective to view her disorder as a superpower and a blessing rather than a curse.
