In this episode, I share the steps that I take for myself, my family, and my patients to dial in on our health and optimize every system of the body. I always want to be proactive with health versus reactionary. What do I mean by this? It means I am a root cause doctor and I always want to be focused on correcting and optimizing the root cause and not simply chasing symptoms. Our internal ecosystems change every year. It’s important to make a detailed plan at least once a year with personalized protocols, based on specific tests I run to find any blind spots or gaps in your health.
