It’s one of her clients’ favorite tools to be prepared for a gathering, such as Thanksgiving. Jenn suggests finding a paper plate or piece of paper. Write all the food options you know on the back, circle your must-haves, underline the things you enjoy/plan to eat, and then flip the plate over and draw where each item will go.
