Megan started Strong Runner Chicks, a women's running community dedicated to educate, empower, and connect. when she was a D1 collegiate distance runner. It has since grown into providing ample resources, podcasts, and even in-person events to female runners. Megan is also a certified personal trainer, has a Master's of Public Health, and is a worksite wellness consultant so we chat a lot about the importance of strength training, flexibility and even "intuitive exercise" for runners in today's episode. Last, Megan also shares her story and journey with amenorrhea and how she overcame it.
