Description
+++ GUILTY AS CHARGED +++
These are words I'd never want to hear. I also hope you don't as well.
I can't imagine how those words sound in the ear of a guilty person. I don't want to even try.
But have you ever found someone guilty of something they did to you? What do you do with that? Do you remain silent? Do you say anything?
So many people within the workplace are experiencing bullying from their upper management and for one reason or not, they've remained silent.
But not so with our guest - Heidi Lynne Kurter. She wasn't going to let it continue and now she advocates for those who might need a voice.
In this episode, you will hear her discuss what to do if you are in a toxic work environment because of bullying and other issues.
