So many people today are just one skill away from their best hope but don't even realize it.
Some were just one skill away but didn't realize it and gave up too soon.
I believe that life is made up of a number of skills and if we are able to get better at them, the better our lives would be.
This is so true in the area of leadership. 
How many managers/leaders have "bombed out" on what could have been their best opportunity to shape lives and leave a legacy, but because they lacked a few learnable skills, they fell by the wayside.
I've seen this happen more times than not.
The sad part is, it didn't have to be that way.
