My guest this week is Dave Linton. Dave is a 52 year old body builder with an amazing transformation story. Dave got his first weight set when he was seven years old which started a life-long passion for weight lifting and building strength. He spent his twenties as a professional wrestler, traveling around the southeast US. But somewhere along the line he lost his way and his healthy lifestyle, and at age 36 he had the first of four heart attacks. He gained a lot of weigh - topping the scales at over 350 pounds – and was on a number of prescription medicines. Join us this week as Dave recounts his story of how he “rediscovered” himself, and returned to the strong, healthy man he was in his youth, and how at age 52 he is training for first ever bodybuilding show.
