After all, food is the most powerful form of medicine, or the slowest form of poison, so having healthy eating habits is a must! Also, they discuss how there is one healthy habit, "Drinking Up" that could possibly be the simplest form of medicine you've been missing, or that you may not be paying enough attention to. Everything we put into our bodies gives our body's hormonal messages that can either lead to hormonal havoc or health.
