Releasing more "happy hormones" in the body, through attention, affection, and interaction, is healing for our adrenal glands and leads to optimal hormonal health and balance. The best kind of friends to seek are the ones that influence you to have healthy thoughts, to eat nutritiously, to move often, and to live a healthy lifestyle.
