Description
Today's episode was an impromptu and an emotional conversation between Cody and Jess all about the importance of letting ourselves be vulnerable with our mixed emotions. Jess opens up about what she learned a few weeks ago, when all in one day she received the news that her Grandpa passed away and it was also the day that exciting new products were launched at Mixhers. She fully admits what a struggle it was to process multiple emotions that seemed to be surfacing all at the same time. We all can relate to what Jess has been feeling. We all experience mixed emotions every single day. Jess and Cody openly discuss the need for feeling and accepting every single emotion. The happy and joyful emotions and even the hard and uncomfortable emotions, instead of ignoring them and burying them down deep. When we don't express our emotions, those emotions can often negatively show up physically and mentally down the road. It's truly an essential part of our human experience and is necessary for health and healing. Did you learn something new today? Please let us know! Do you want to watch a video of this episode?
