Cindy is a prolific health and fitness writer with articles in Runner’s World, Outside Magazine, and so many more. She recently wrote Rebound: Train your mind to bounce back stronger from sports injuries with co-author, Carrie Jackson Cheadle. She is also the co-host with Carrie of the Injured Athletes Club podcast. Cindy is a seven-time Boston Marathon finisher and just an awesome person.
