Description
Following a conversation about taking care of ourselves as we train for our fall races, we welcomed back the GOAT of sports nutrition, Nancy Clark, MS, RD, CSSD to the podcast. We recorded this episode as a Q & A with our Boston Marathon Training Group last week, and Nancy's advice is truly invaluable. Nancy is a sports dietitian who practices out of Boston. She is also the author of THE book on sports nutrition, the Sports Nutrition Guidebook, which has sold over 750,000 copies. In this episode, Nancy answers all of our questions on all things nutrition for masters of all ages and stages. Nancy’s common sense approach to nutrition will resonate with any athlete. We appreciated Nancy’s willingness to answer some tough questions, particularly with respect to nutrition and menopause, and her common sense and approach to nutrition. Nancy can be found on Facebook, Twitter, and nancyclarkrd.com. We learned so much from our chat with Nancy. We know you will, too!
