Description

Nutrition: It's something we all partake in and have questions about. Especially for athletes, nutrition is such a vital part of performance, yet so few know what proper nutrition looks like, and in the world of social media, are left puzzled.

So I invited on an RD and put up a questions poll to answer the most popular questions surrounding sports nutrition.

To dive into this world, we have Jennifer Ho!

Jen is a highly accomplished Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, a minor in Nutrition, and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a Sports Nutrition emphasis. She is a Registered Dietitian in the United States. Jennifer has worked with notable organizations such as the Utah Jazz NBA team, the University of Utah Athletics (Ski & Men's Tennis), the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and the USA Volleyball Indoor National Teams. With her expertise and dedication, Jennifer Ho provides valuable nutritional guidance to optimize the performance and well-being of athletes at various levels, significantly impacting their success in sports.

In today's episode, we tackle many of your questions including supplements, iron, meat/dairy, carbs, eating depending on how hard your day of training is, the benefits of blackcurrants, and so much more!
