If you took two people with the same height, weight, and body fat percentage, their required calories could still vary by several hundred or even a thousand calories per day.   What does this mean for you? You can’t just copy and paste someone else’s macros and use them as your own. Plus, there are different phases of macro counting and depending on your goals, you need to start in a certain phase.
