The reason for writing this book is to coach, instruct, and teach people how to perform various exercises correctly and effectively. I also wanted to provide people with information on eating plans/diets, supplemental information, workout programs, kickboxing drills, motivation quotes (we all need some type of motivation daily), and testimonials from some of my clients on how fitness has helped them in their lives.
