Smash your goals IN 7 DAYS

You’ve heard it before: food is fuel. It might sound like just another overused phrase lauded by health and fitness evangelists, but the truth is, what you put into your body will help you get through your gym session without holding you back, whilst providing you with the nutrients needed for a speedy post-workout recovery.

Whether you’re just starting out or are a regular in the gym, eating the right foods, at the right times and in the correct quantities, will help to complement your training plan so that you feel stronger, leaner and more energised.

Over the next three pages, we’ve put together a nutritionally-focused seven-day diet plan which is tailored to your workout needs. We’ve assumed that you’ll be exercising on three out of the seven days with workout sessions lasting around 50 minutes, in order to ensure that you’re performing the NHS recommended 150 minutes of exercise each week.
