MY HCG Phase 2 Recipes - Laurent Martin

    HCG DIET PROTOCOL

*Consult a doctor prior to starting any weight loss program.

    Phase 1 (days 1 and 2):

    • Begin taking drops according to the instructions on your bottle. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes before or after taking drops. You do not need to press the droplet each time for a drop….slightly hold the droplet over your mouth and watch the HCG drop from the droplet.

    • These are called the gorge days. Eat as much fattening food as possible on both days.

YES…you have to do this! This is important to get the HCG to work as intended for the rest of the diet.

    • Drink plenty of water throughout the day (½ to 1 gallon each day).

    Phase 2 (Days 3 to 21-40):

    • You need to take the drops for a minimum of 21 days and should not take them more than a maximum of 40 days.

    • Get 8 hours of sleep each night (preferably between 10pm and 6am)

    • Wake up, empty your bladder and weigh yourself naked. (It is best to have digital scale that will give you decimal points) You will see large drops of weight the first few days and then it will slow down. You should average about 1 pound a day and you should keep track of your weight loss.

    • Continue taking the drops as described on the bottle. To help with hunger, spread the times out through the day. We suggest 7 am, 10 am and 4pm. The more consistent you are in taking the drops at the same time each day, the better off you will be with hunger pains and potential headaches. The first few days are hard. Remember, you are trying to alter your body after years of food abuse. Headaches are common in the first few days.

After day 3 or 4, it should be much easier.

    • Continue to drink between ½ and 1 gallon of water each day

    • No eating and limit drinking after 7 pm

    • It is critical to follow this diet exactly as described. DO NOT SKIP THE MEALS described below, even if you are not hungry! If you cheat, you will not lose the desired weight at the desired pace.

    Breakfast:

There is no breakfast on this diet. You can drink as much tea (green, matte and chamomile) or black coffee as you would like throughout the day. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in any 24 hour period. Saccharin or Stevia may be used to sweeten if needed.

    Organic tea is best.

    Lunch:

    1. 100 grams of veal, ground beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking and the meat must be weighed raw to ensure 100 grams. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish and all other meats are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird. It is suggested to buy a small food scale to weigh the raw meat. Absolutely NO oil, butter or dressings can be used to season the meat. You can use granulated garlic, sea salt or half a lemon to season the meat.

    2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage. A handful is a good rule of thumb on the veggies. If you do choose a salad for your meal, this is the one time you can mix veggies in one day. The handful rule should still be used.

    3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.

    4. An apple, an orange, a handful of strawberries or one-half of a grapefruit.

    Dinner:

The same four choices as lunch but you should not repeat the meat, vegetable or fruit within the same day.

Alternative: If you need to eat at different times throughout the day you can eat the fruits as snacks instead of with the meals
