The longer we fight to want to adjust reality into our imagination, the more hopeless this journey seems to become until you hit a brick wall in your life where the split between reality and imagination becomes obvious and the tricks of our mind are simply losing its position in you, unable to continue its constant adjustment and keeps telling us, you're doing fine, the future will be ok. It is not giving you anything, it simply can't.

To change your life is to work on accepting the inevitable, which is right in front of you, never lets you down or keeps you hoping for a better future.

Where the stories lose their power in us because stories are 2nd hand experiences, easy to change or to fluff up and open to whatever you can imagine it to be.

To start going with your 1st and direct experiences without an opinion about the other stories out there, leaving judgment and expectation behind, in the bin, to see its irrelevance and direct link with imagination and thought.

That's where things start to go in the right direction: flowing with life, not rowing against it, mentally.

It is true what is said: your life will never be the same again but your daily rhythm will not change, just the way you see things clearly after this profound discovery in yourself.

Before this realisation that happiness is right here: combing your hair and brushing your teeth.

Right here, where you are now. No need to leave or go elsewhere, no need to change but changing you will when you use reality as your reference. To start to travel light, leave your luggage and baggage from the past behind because what you need right now is right here already.

Born in The Netherlands, moved to The Highlands in Scotland on the evening of 11-11-2008, didn't look back. From Edinburgh to Inverness, living in the middle of no where, deer and nature all around.Started to look within to find what was under the false personality which, as a child, I felt, was there to cope with the world of grown ups around me from a very young age.When the 1st 3 years of my life were full on encouragement to laugh, walk, talk, pursue to experience when it all changed into correction, telling me what not to do without telling what I could do from 5 years onwards.I started to see that we all are caught in this merry-go-round, this appearance we hold up and started to write books where, in the past I had my diaries to get me through.Aikido came into my life after a few lessons Jiu-Jitsu to gain confidence where I firmly decided not to want any killing reflexes in this body I left Jiu-Jitsu for Aikido and Iaido which changed my life entirely in a very good way.Books were coming to me at the right time: NLP got me into the right mind set and bumped into it in a second hand book store during a holiday in Ireland for just under a Euro.I chose to invest 30 min each day from then on to change me into who I am: confident, unattached, competent and self assured with life, nature and animals. Pure self and learned from there to listen to my heart with my mind as a worthy advisor to what's going on out there.     Where even to begin in the upheaval of this life? Where things are outright upsetting or unfair to begin with.

    Where it feels like a struggle to even just be, getting through the day where you feel this isn’t working very well either, that what you try to achieve with a clear feeling of being misunderstood and bloody well outright ignored by these others in your vicinity.

    Then sometimes everything seems to be against you, conspiring it seems too. Why and why me, now, here?

    It looks okay, what we achieve and buy things to show that we are achieving what others try to have, but it somehow just does not quite add up, it seems continuous and everlasting. Boring at some moments too but we feel an urge to do what we are doing and compliance is sort of pushing us.

    Where others are just seemingly getting it, at no cost nor making an effort to get it, natural born achievers, it seems. What is this inequality in the quality of life? It isn’t fair!

    You are right, right at the crux there: to compare and to compete is what disturbs because you do not take where you are now as enough or satisfactory.

    We are trained in procrastination: procrastinate our happiness because that is the only drive where you buy more and want more, trying to manage the tempo of society, to show that you comply to its driving force: this example, this we defined by a few you apparently are lagging behind on.

    Once you are happy, your desires do not have the potency to operate in you anymore, it is kind of finished, this thought – mind structure to dictate your body. To stay happy is to end the competition and the comparison without any winners or losers, it just evaporates.

    To see the AV- projection screen in yourself, where thoughts are projected on to as well as reality but not at the same time.

    The body follows blindly what is on that screen as reality, the truth, or the projection you chose to prefer and it reacts with e-motions: bodily reactions where, if your mind is sharp on them, it will come up with feelings.

    These reactions on the occurring emotions, fed back into the mind to react upon, which causes More of the Same thoughts but not the same state in you.

    Study yourself, this machinery of thought instead of being a slave of it. Know yourself.

    Be aware of that: the structure in your e-motion triggers a feeling which informs the structure of thoughts what is going on in opinions, meaning and explanation, not in reality but in your imagination.

    The mind, in its ever-competitive state, always looking for other mind structures to get attention and energy from, this ever comparing and competing mind structure, brought to us at a very young age.

    From 3 years onwards, the change occurs, power comes to the little girl or boy, the power of realization, to create, to form out of the formless, whatever it sees, it wants to create.

    That is where our parents and teachers, in their unconsciously infected Emotional Plague, their relying on thinking and being a slave of thoughts, start to stop us in our development of creation because of their state of projection: your Encouraging phase changes into the Correction phase, you are inducted into the world of thought, thinking, comparing and competing, where it gets nasty unfortunately. Fear becomes a consistent present factor, driving out your creativity.

    Once you realise the strength you have within the perception of a child, the world is your oyster, the future your playground and then your parents feel the need to guide you in this society of adaption.
