About this ebook

"The Universal Circle of Return" is a life-changing guide that will help you create the future that you want and deserve. You create your future reality by choosing the feelings you embrace and by sowing the seeds of those feelings in the ground of your day-to-day life. Get ready to plant these seeds, nurture them, and experience the change you've been seeking!

What kind of future can you manifest by learning how to harness the creative power of your feelings?

All of life operates on the principle of seedtime and harvest. And every seed produces after its own kind. The feelings you cultivate within yourself today are the seeds from which your future experiences will sprout and grow. You cannot bring old feelings with you into new places and opportunities and expect there to be change.

The key is to learn how to create and master the feelings that will, in turn, bring the scenarios and experiences that match them into your future. This is the "Universal Circle of Return". Like a river, the Universal Circle of Return faithfully delivers back to you the dominant feelings you give it to work with—so do whatever it takes to saturate the river of your life stream with the feelings you wish to enjoy upon their return.

    CHAPTER

    ONE

    The Primacy of Feelings

As creatures oriented toward awakening our potential and pursuing paths of personal and collective evolution, we are continuously drawn to more creative and expansive ways of living—such as new relationships, or new ways of being in relationships, new occupations, new artful engagements with society and our soul, new kinds of spiritual practice, and pursuing new goals. However, pursuing growth and evolution while still inhabiting old mindsets and attitudes about ourselves from the past will perpetually prove to be disappointing—because we need to change who we are now to become who we want to be in the future .

Moving forward into life’s potential, into realms of new possibility, requires resolving the problems that have kept us stuck where we are. To truly experience and thrive in new ways of being and engaging in life, we have to resolve the blocks we’ve unconsciously accumulated and learn to open ourselves to the possibility of something new, and then create the life we want.

For instance, if you bring lots of old feelings, behaviors, and habits—commonly known as baggage—from a past relationship into a new one, you will struggle immensely to grow that new relationship into something more fulfilling. Without resolving your old patterns—feeling and behavior responses based on old hurts, pains, and disappointments—you simply won’t get very far.

Remaining attached to the past will hold you back from moving forward. Old unresolved feelings in a new relationship will cause you to repeat your past history of self-defeating and unsuccessful behavior patterns, which won’t allow you to change and advance into a more deeply connecting and fulfilling relationship with the other person.

    "We cannot bring old

feelings or belief systems into new relationships

    or life situations and

    expect to achieve

    different results."

If we feel that we are not good enough or worthy and deserving of the good things that come our way, our negative feelings and belief systems about ourselves will adversely affect our ability to accept those good things or people, and will keep us from moving forward in life toward what we truly desire and need.

We can never move beyond the state of being or position in life that we think we deserve.

You must feel that you are worthy and belong in a happy, productive, and fulfilling relationship or job before you gain the confidence, drive, and spiritual authority within yourself to pursue and achieve it.

We can never go beyond the limitations of our own sense of self-worth.

Ask yourself this question: Where do I belong in life?

Your thoughts about yourself determine quite a lot about your life situation. You have to believe and feel that you belong in a state of happiness in order to embrace and welcome it as it comes your way.

Do you believe that you belong in a place of financial prosperity? Do you believe you deserve to enjoy meaningful and satisfying relationships? Do you value your feelings and believe you deserve to have your needs met?

The answers to these questions are vital because they determine the ground zero starting point for your new adventure of personal evolution.

New places and positions in life require new feelings of self-realization to maintain and support them. Old feelings and conceptions are not capable of supporting the weight of new growth and opportunities. Why? Because we can never surpass where our feelings say we belong and what our feelings say we deserve. The realm of dominant feelings and thoughts we have about ourselves defines our parameters and dictates the success and expansion of our experiences, including our engagements with the world and our relationship with others.

There is something growing in you right now—the sprouting seed of an idea, a deep desire you have about your life and future self. There is a feeling inside you that you have about this very moment. Out of the feeling arises an image of who you are.

Does this feeling represent the future that you desire?

Does the image depict the future self you wish to become?

You are constantly creating mental impressions comprising emotional vibrations about yourself and what you deserve—these compose the building blocks of your present and future experiences. The ideas, feelings, and images you instinctually produce about yourself now become
