My name is Nadia Tamara Lee, and I am a young woman who has experienced hard times in life. But, instead of giving up and feeling defeated, I took control of my situation and rebuilt my life using manifestation and affirmations. Growing up, I had a pretty normal life until my parents separated. It was a difficult time for me because my family had to adapt to a lot of changes. I struggled with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. However, I never gave up hope and always believed that my life would get better. Through meditation and positive thinking, I discovered the power of manifestation and affirmations. I started to focus on what I wanted to achieve in life and began using positive affirmations to change the way I thought about myself and my future. At first, it was challenging to believe that my thoughts could change my circumstances. However, as I continued to practice manifestation and affirmations, my mindset transformed, and my life started to improve. I started a business and built it to over 900 clients in less than a year. I live my dream life and live a very fulfilled life. None of these things would have been possible if I didn't believe in the power of manifestation and affirmations. Today, I continue to practice manifestation and affirmations in my daily life. I want to inspire others to take control of their lives and believe that anything is possible. My hope is that my story will inspire others to never give up on their dreams and to always believe in themselves. So, that's a little bit about me. CHAPTER 1:
UNDERSTANDING MANIFESTATION
Have you ever heard the saying, you are what you think
? There is a lot of truth in this statement when it comes to manifestation. The concept of manifestation is all about creating the life we desire through our thoughts and beliefs.
This was very difficult for me to grasp when I first learned this concept. My thoughts for a long time were very negative and didn’t match the desires I had. I couldn’t come to terms with the fact that it was because of me and the thoughts I was having why I wasn’t receiving my desired outcome. If I did manifest anything it was of lesser value or had a really big lesson attached to it but always left me feeling unsatisfied. That is until I decided to do something about it and really take ownership of the thoughts that were going through my mind.
At its core, manifestation is the idea that our thoughts and feelings have the power to create our reality. This means that the more positive and empowering thoughts we have, the more positive experiences we will attract into our life. On the other hand, negative and disempowering thoughts can lead to negative experiences. Changing my thought pattern and the way I spoke to myself was definitely a game changer for me. Once I did that, my whole life began to change.
One of the key principles of manifestation is the law of attraction. At its simplest, the law of attraction states that like attracts like. This means that if we focus on positive thoughts and beliefs, we will attract positive experiences into our life. Conversely, if we focus on negative thoughts and beliefs, we will attract negative experiences.
The more and more negative experiences I attracted into my life the more I was pushed into making the decision to become aware of the thoughts I was thinking. I had to make a conscious decision at that point to change the direction of my thoughts by thinking about things that made me feel good about myself and others. I had to forgive myself for thinking in a way that was creating these negative experiences, then think in contrast to those very thoughts and choose thoughts that assist me in manifesting my desired outcome.
The foundation of manifestation is having a clear vision of what we desire. This means identifying our intentions and creating a specific plan for achieving them. Visualization is a powerful tool for manifestation, as it allows you to create a clear mental picture of your desired outcome. When we visualize our desired outcome with positive emotions and feelings, we create a strong energetic frequency that can attract our desires to us.
As a child, my mother often caught me daydreaming and made me snap out of it and stay in the present. Now as an adult, I’m able to use my daydreaming habit for good by envisioning my desires with clarity and to be persistent with it until my desires manifest.
However, manifestation is not solely about positive thinking and visualization. It also requires taking action towards our goals. This means that we need to create a plan and actively work towards achieving our desired outcomes. When we take action towards our goals, we send a powerful message to the universe that we are committed to creating the life we desire. This is the golden key to manifestation. Without the action, this is all just wishful thinking.
One of the biggest obstacles to manifestation is limiting beliefs. These are negative thought patterns that hold us back from achieving our full potential. Limiting beliefs can manifest as thoughts like I'm not good enough
or I don't deserve success
. These beliefs can be deeply ingrained and can be difficult to overcome, but identifying and challenging these beliefs is crucial to manifesting our desires. These thoughts often begin from childhood and become such a crippling habit that as we age, it just feels like this is us and who we are and the acceptance of this is what keeps us from living the life of our dreams.
