    What is an Affirmation?

    Learning a positive mindset is one of the most powerful life strategies there is. Affirmations are statements that can change one's core beliefs. Affirmations help you imprint positive ideas towards getting what you want. Every thought you think every word you say is an affirmation. All of our self-talk is an affirmation. We are continually affirming subconsciously with our words and thoughts. This constant affirming in our thoughts is what is creating our life experience in every moment. Your words are powerful. You need to be vigil with the words you use, whether it is self-talk or when speaking with others. When you catch yourself thinking or saying something negative, stop and change it to a positive thought. Just as your thoughts and emotions influence your speech, you can use that same energy in reverse and consciously change to create what you want. Positive affirmations and positive thinking can help develop a powerful and positive attitude to life.

    According to a study, the average human has 55,000 thoughts per day or 38 thoughts per minute. So, what were your 38 thoughts about? If you try to pay attentions to your thoughts in silence with your eyes closed for a period of time, you will come to understand how our thoughts are a reflection of our inner beliefs. All you need to do is learn to affirm positive things, even if you don’t believe them right now, you will start to see a real change in your life, a positive change.
