Introduction
Daily, we face a barrage of different messages and images both from society and the media telling us how we should behave, think or how we should be.
We are made to believe that if we could lead perfect lives and that if we could look perfect, we would no longer feel sad, inadequate or struggle with feelings of worthlessness, guilt or shame.
Bombarded by these types of things from the media, different social platforms and from society in general, most of us decide to go with that perfect image.
However, on the way, we notice that people around us do not live up to our expectation. We realize that other people have their own behavioral patterns, which are preventing us from being our best selves.
However, once you stop doing that, once you turn to your own emotions and feelings, you get to cultivate your own courage, connection, and compassion. Ultimately, you are better prepared to wake-up every morning ready to conquer every challenge you encounter on the way.
To be able to fully appreciate what life has to offer, you need to build your own self-acceptance shield, which is comprised of your own courage and your own unique personality.
Once you have done that, you can enjoy your life to the fullest. You will also become more satisfied without worrying about the things you did not do.
On this major self-acceptance journey, you will engage your spirit, heart and mind to explore what is truly inside of you. You gain your own courage, connection, and compassion to finally truly accept yourself for who you are.
You will also learn to accept yourself with your vulnerabilities, with all of your imperfections that do not make you any less worthy than anyone else.
In fact, our imperfections and our vulnerabilities are what make us unique and special. For us to feel special every single day without a struggle with those negative feelings and emotions, you need to bravely step up, tackle your own dark emotions and let your own personality and spirit lead you to a fuller life.
Radical acceptance is not a time-limited process, but it is the lifelong journey, which once embraced leads towards a more blissful, happier life.
For many individuals, those dark feelings of deficiency and ineffectiveness wait just around the corner. In fact, it does not take too much to make us feel unworthy, unappreciated and simply not okay about ourselves.
Those feelings can be created by someone’s criticism, by an argument with friends or by making a simple mistake at work. Fortunately, there are many things you can do on your own to step forward and reconnect with yourself on a higher level.
By understanding how your emotions and feelings make you feel unworthy, you can step up and reconnect to your true soul and spirit. Hence, you can accept yourself with all of your vulnerabilities, your fears, and your imperfections.
When you start believing there is something wrong with you, it brings on enormous suffering. Once there, your personal suffering brings conflicts and judgments into your personal relationships. It brings loneliness as well as more obstructions which in the long-run prevent you from living your life to the fullest.
However, at the same time, your own radical acceptance offers you greater freedom, more bliss as well as more happiness in helping you build your inner trust. You can uncover your in-depth passions, strength and use your own powers for empowering your soul and mind.
As you are happier and more accepting of yourself, you balance your compassion, allow your inner self to change whilst healing your fears and worries, resulting in a cessation of your inner conflict.
Once you stop fighting yourself and once you end that war within your mind, you can be fully present in each moment, and appreciate every single experience that life has to offer.
Radical acceptance is all about embracing ‘you’ with all of your fears, worries, anxieties, pain, and imperfections.
It is about stepping on the amazing path of compassion and understanding of both that ‘you’ and other people around you.
Most of us at some point have suffered from the fear of not being smart, beautiful or good enough. Most of us have felt insecure about our intelligence, our appearance, our work or spiritual progress. Many of us have also felt unworthy of love and care which led to fears of rejection and abandonment.
Fortunately, by understanding and adopting the teaching of radical acceptance, it will help you cope with the dark emotions and manage them whenever they should reoccur.
It brings the core principles and teachings you need
