About this ebook

Dealing with whatever nags inside you, is not a simple task: there are no manuals, instructions or even teachers about, that can tell you where to put your finger on, to resolve the impact a mind state causes in us, this tsunami of thoughts, this avalanche of emotions and feelings about them.

No school, no guru, no old scripture is ever able to tell you your story anyway: how to come up with the way out of storyland. Imagination is not going to tell you how to reach reality, it simply can’t.

The most and important critical step lies in yourself: to reconnect with your self is a clear getting rid of the influence your mind has in you, not the mind itself. That will dissolve after that anyway.

You cannot eliminate your thoughts, only the impact they have on your being, your state. That will come back under your control once you’ve picked up how habitual behavior, your own habitual behavior, works inside us therefore, we have to study ourselves, learn our own processes.

Are you controlling your thoughts or are they happening to you? Time to look into that and face it.

Randomly, it seems, thoughts are preying on your attention and intensions, dragging you around this pivoting point of attention, no longer in control where your attention is going, hijacked from outside.

Time to get that control back: leave the carrot for what it is, follow the string and the stick, tied to your own back, by our mind, expose everything, look, just look and stare your way out of illusions.

This book is about all that: to assist, to trigger you, to get back to your original state, the natural, untouched and untouchable state in yourself where the answers come from within.

It guides you back the way you came.

The automated reflexes and reactions from our past have become an invisible prison here now.

What was seemingly working in the past, has no use anymore in the now: past has past, is gone but our habits remained, unverified, on auto pilot. Time to check all of that.

Look into the fabulous machinery of thoughts, thinking, I, me and mine structures, the world of projections and imagination and how it all rises and falls by one little thing: the weight we give a thought.

Thoughts are just options.

They multiply by giving them your attention and fade away if you don’t.

That is where your control lies: your freedom to choose where you want to put your attention on.
You have to sit and look for yourself.

There is no other way than to look without trying to grab, only then a seeing, a realization comes in, unveils that the projection makes all the difference how we perceive that reality. No projection, no bending of reality, no I either, no problems, only experiences.

A fresh confidence will wake up inside you: the one that went to sleep because you chose to go with your thoughts, follow your projections instead of reality.

Nothing will happen when you go inside and have a look: not a thing, but a process, the process of seeing which opens up everything. Puts everything back into the correct proportion including your I.

Wake up the giant you are, you’ll be fine, you always were. Time to see that. Time to look.

Born in The Netherlands, moved to The Highlands in Scotland on the evening of 11-11-2008, didn't look back. From Edinburgh to Inverness, living in the middle of no where, deer and nature all around.Started to look within to find what was under the false personality which, as a child, I felt, was there to cope with the world of grown ups around me from a very young age. When the 1st 3 years of my life were full on encouragement to laugh, walk, talk, pursue to experience when it all changed into correction, telling me what not to do without telling what I could do from 5 years onwards.I started to see that we all are caught in this merry-go-round, this appearance we hold up and started to write books where, in the past I had my diaries to get me through.Aikido came into my life after a few lessons Jiu-Jitsu to gain confidence where I firmly decided not to want any killing reflexes in this body I left Jiu-Jitsu for Aikido and Iaido which changed my life entirely in a very good way.Books were coming to me at the right time: NLP got me into the right mind set and bumped into it in a second hand book store during a holiday in Ireland for just under a Euro.I chose to invest 30 min each day from then on to change me into who I am: confident, unattached, competent and self assured with life, nature and animals. Pure self and learned from there to listen to my heart with my mind as a worthy advisor to what's going on out there. Thoughts are just options.Started to publish my books in 2013 after both my parents passed away on a very respectable age.Sharing my thoughts and later, my experiences without thought infecting my being, understanding thought and how it is hijacked out there from a very young age and to keep you away from your core inside: the real you you are.Enjoy my experiences in this life, written down for whoever has support by them or fall into your lap as books fell to me without a search, life just happens.Discovered that the real reality is the life support system out there: no books, no gods, no symbols, no religions, no past, no future, just nature as it is is enough, always perfectly on time although our egoic state of mind will disapprove...What Is is now and moving fast into a new now, no time to think as thinking is way to slow to get the real and exact signals, impulses into our senses.Loving what I do, doing what I love: working in construction in the heart of the Highlands, meeting great people on sites and elsewhere.Enjoy life.

Attention and inattention, ignorance and knowledge, colour and movement can be seen, watched. But your focal plane must be clear, pure, not affected by attachment, no I or others to satisf-I.

Attachment and personality, the person I think I am, are closely related and interconnected: where there is attachment, there is a dependency, a personality that wants something from the relationship to strengthen its state, although imagined, it really feels as real, my body tells me so, so it must be real!

Follow the line: why does the body sends out signals, react to the impulses it thinks it is perceiving? Because the mind, the conclusion of what is seen based on the past, is telling it so. Trace back the breadcrumbs.

Past experiences shape a ritual, a repetition, what is thought to happen and instructs the body based on the past reactions. It is mere repetition of the old, this habit we form.

Thinking is projecting what it is perceiving based on the past, which, if you look at it, it is a form of trying to match what is experienced in the past with what is happening now, here. Bending now into a past template, forcing it to fit.

That means that thinking is supplying options, ideas, concepts of what is going on and references, it compares those new experiences and ideas to the past, your past and mine, in our perception records that we hold and build up from experiencing. Trying to match things and emotions, combine to adapt, adapt to More of the Same which is good in its own but lagging behind on the ever changing now and reality.

Find it out for yourself when there is a hanging conflict, an dis-easement in a relationship, it is our mind that runs the show as emotions are running riot in ourselves. Options are weighed against possible routes and outcomes but are all based on our past experiences, nothing else.

That is prediction based on the past, what was and never will return as every drop in a river passes to never return again, as every situation is new to begin with, will never return.

Relying on the past is to cling to this past, to hold onto as if it is your definition, our reference, the real you, you think you are which is attachment and therefore already defining where to focus on and thus your energy, your intended energy will go.

It looks at the future based on the past which is More of the Same and your thought system is happy to provide more: coming up with more thoughts in that same direction, the same realm, space of where you were already going, always betting on an already winning horse, cheating as its best quality, comfortable in the driving seat called your life.

It fortifies the current concept instead of providing alternatives
