25674.pngWhen looking for the other half of you, look no further than yourself. Your soul is within, on the inside, not outside. I called the book ‘Over the Rainbow’ because they say, at the end of the rainbow is a pot of gold. Over the rainbow, you will find your very own soul. We are moving from feeling alone, to knowing others have experiences to share, similar to ours. We are raising our vibrations, a reminder to becoming who we are. Speaking up about my past experiences, with those I love most, my family, has enabled me to get to the place where our soul resides. Hopeful, my soul, became hopeful when this happened. I was unknowingly hiding from myself and my soul. Removing the emotional behaviour has freed me from the mental bondage I didn’t know I was in. I am in the present, having let go of my past emotional behaviours. I have been clearing the emotional and mental clutter. I have found the breath of fresh air; I didn’t know I longed for. I didn’t know I was looking for my soul. I feel as if, I have been sleep-walking. The more comfortable you are, in your own skin, and remember this life, the more your soul will be able to help you. It has helped me in writing this book. I have been able to understand, what I have gone through. It wasn’t until, the understanding surfaced, I got to know, I was the first to reach this place of awakening.
Don’t forsake me. It’s time to wake me. Deep down inside. The place where I hide. (08-07-2005)
Their soul is waiting for them to love themselves, so that they may make themselves known to them.
The Light danced a dream, to see itself in all its glory. To understand what it felt and why it needed to ignite. To know what life is, to experience being alive. For in the experience there is more than knowing.
We are shaped by our early experiences. What is on the inside has a relationship with what is on the outside. Our interactions are often emotionally driven. Emotions might be considered positive and negative; both of which are helpful when we understand the nature of energy. Emotions are energy in motion (e-motion). For example, being frustrated can lead us to get up and deal with a situation. Which might be considered more beneficial than allowing the frustration to build into anger; that can lead to situations we later regret. In an argument, once something has been said, it cannot be unsaid. The words, when said with hurtful feelings, are like prodding, mentally. Over time, these can build up and they can affect how we feel about ourselves. We tend to interact emotionally, especially if we have had experiences of hurt, in early childhood, that affect our thinking. Fear is an emotion that can bring one of the strongest reactions. This reaction can repeat itself, even if the situation has changed. To move forward I needed to release the emotional behaviour, that held me back. The vibrations of these emotions led me to react, in a way that added, unknowingly, to the emotions that I was carrying. I would react without being aware of the consequences to myself. The vibrations were having an effect upon my body over time. The negativity gets stored in the body. I cut my foot in the summer of 1976, when I was a child, playing outside without shoes on; I cut the underside of my foot. Recently, inside myself, I felt this happen. As if the outside was being written on the inside, ‘the invisible touch’ Genesis, the pop group, sang about. It hurt momentarily. We are our own history; it is stored within us. My soul wanted to know how they came to feel what they felt. We need understanding, it needs to make sense to us. How are we to learn and grow if we don’t understand ourselves?
As the Light was dancing, the darkness came around. The Light felt intoxicated and didn’t remember itself. It took the love of one, to shake it to its core. Now the Light remembers, and hears the call of all. Darkness has no hold, only memory that will fade. With every breath the Light ignites, the Truth, your Soul lives. The Light forgives you, for not remembering where they were and asks that you forgive yourself.
25679.pngWe can learn from the past when we understand what has happened, and feel better about ourselves and others. It was not until I began to understand, that if I wanted to truly make a difference for myself, because of the experiences I had had, I needed to understand that I could not change what had happened, but I could change how I felt about it. When I reached this understanding, it was as if a dark cloud lifted from me. This was enough at the time, to value myself; get to know myself, make sense of what had happened to
