Jenny has written and self published a book called The Hummingbird Process which is a self help book to help those who suffer with low self esteem and depression. She also runs conferences that gives a platform for young people to share their mental health journeys called Can Anyone Hear Me? As a motivational speaker Jenny sends a clear message that everyone has mental health, we just need to get a better understanding of what it means for us and how we can express how we feel by talking about it without feeling judged.view less
