About this ebook
Call them dragons, shadows, demons or whatever suits your feelings about the forces and powers you have inside you, but are unleashed, wander freely in you, apparently with no control.
You can feel them, accumulating, doing it again and you might be curious, interested, wanting, desire or desperate to get a grip on them with no clue where they come from or where to start.
At first, look at them, to find out where they came from, inside you, go back the way you came, be curious first, take the charge off of the experience. I know it sounds difficult to do in the intenseness of the moment: it is not, it is a thought away.
Thinking stops you from finding this handle. Let thinking just happen, don't go along with it, it is within your control to either follow them and let them accumulate or to let them be and die out, always has been and always will be.
Find this key in you, write that personal manual to describe what came from where, go back the way you came by looking, just looking without wanting a solution, look at your process first, to understand how thinking works in you.
That is where you start: to shape this key to let go of the unleashed dragons, saddle the good ones and ride them, this time within your control, with fun and enjoyment, as life is: a joy.
This book is describing a process to get a grip on your thought process, not a solution. Your solution is only yours to have, yours to find and certainly, yours to discover. You will find it when you understand your thought process first.
To look is to get your control back into your court.
Enjoy.

Born in The Netherlands, moved to The Highlands in Scotland on the evening of 11-11-2008, didn't look back. From Edinburgh to Inverness, living in the middle of no where, deer and nature all around.Started to look within to find what was under the false personality which, as a child, I felt, was there to cope with the world of grown ups around me from a very young age. When the 1st 3 years of my life were full on encouragement to laugh, walk, talk, pursue to experience when it all changed into correction, telling me what not to do without telling what I could do from 5 years onwards.I started to see that we all are caught in this merry-go-round, this appearance we hold up and started to write books where, in the past I had my diaries to get me through.Aikido came into my life after a few lessons Jiu-Jitsu to gain confidence where I firmly decided not to want any killing reflexes in this body I left Jiu-Jitsu for Aikido and Iaido which changed my life entirely in a very good way.Books were coming to me at the right time: NLP got me into the right mind set and bumped into it in a second hand book store during a holiday in Ireland for just under a Euro.I chose to invest 30 min each day from then on to change me into who I am: confident, unattached, competent and self assured with life, nature and animals. Pure self and learned from there to listen to my heart with my mind as a worthy advisor to what's going on out there. Thoughts are just options.Started to publish my books in 2013 after both my parents passed away on a very respectable age.Sharing my thoughts and later, my experiences without thought infecting my being, understanding thought and how it is hijacked out there from a very young age and to keep you away from your core inside: the real you you are.Enjoy my experiences in this life, written down for whoever has support by them or fall into your lap as books fell to me without a search, life just happens.Discovered that the real reality is the life support system out there: no books, no gods, no symbols, no religions, no past, no future, just nature as it is is enough, always perfectly on time although our egoic state of mind will disapprove...What Is is now and moving fast into a new now, no time to think as thinking is way to slow to get the real and exact signals, impulses into our senses.Loving what I do, doing what I love: working in construction in the heart of the Highlands, meeting great people on sites and elsewhere.Enjoy life.

In the process of seeing your own thinking, the dragons inside will appear. Some call them angels and demons, some god and the devil, some archetypes: they always come in pairs, dual and duelling with each other inside us, we think.
Let’s call them dragons, based on the power they have in our thinking or actually, the power we give them through feeding them with our attention. This is prior to them having the force in us to allow them to take our attention away into the arena, towards competition, comparison and ultimately compulsive, addictive power play behaviour which is a dead-end street.
This circular process in me causes my attention to be seduced, dragged away, very subtle, based on the same process where I put my attention on to start off with: it creates the base for this internal seduction.
Always eating away inside: but you wanted to go there, did you not?
What is that in us? Who’s talking here? Ah, it is my mind. Ok, but again, what is this mind in us?
It feels as seduction on the moment that one dragon overwhelms me with its force. Looking into it, where it comes from, I bump into my own attention directive, again. This dragon is charged with my own energy!
This reveals that the seduction is produced by myself: I am feeding that same dragon with my thoughts based on my attention to hit me later on, strong, because it wants more of the same.
My doings, my actions, my own created seduction in this moment of inattention: it hits me from within on my most vulnerable moment: no chance to let it pass, very strong and very adamant to take me there or away from where I am now with my thinking, offering a thought, a state I almost cannot refuse and resist.
The power it has in me, is created by me. This means I can take this power away too! I just need to understand this machine, this tool we are supplied with, understand the buttons, the levers, the dials, the input, the output.
Invest and investigate in yourself: how do you think? Be brave to look into this as it is the source of all your problems, desires, trophies and glories but also the instrument that keeps you away from your happiness.
It is your tool, use it, based on your experience and insights in yourself, know yourself, want to know and understand, comprehend and to find it out. Will is needed here, to cut the chain of suffering.
Everything you charge your experiences with, sprouts from here, learn to use this tool, master your thought process from your heart, from your attention, not from your logic, which is thinking it out, about thinking: your eyes cannot see themselves as your ears cannot hear themselves.
The understanding must come from outside the realm of thinking it out, beyond the limitations of logic.
Thinking about thinking creates no new or different results as the solution can only come from within the limits of thinking.
Thinking also cannot be excluded from your life as it is the result of attention, the reaction of our brain on where we focus on, the projective force of ourselves, essentially required to create an idea about reality, which is not reality as it is.
Thinking can only be viewed (are you controlling your thoughts?) or lived (or are your thoughts controlling you?): in the former, thoughts and the thinking can be changed, in the latter you are them and cannot change them from that point or position because they define you, who you are.
Defined and identified with them, you feel safely, luxuriously imprisoned by them when you are your thoughts: live your life according to a history and a past brought to you by the same thoughts.
Thoughts are the lifeline in your being if you are attached to them, defined by them, are them. Slavery in its basic meaning with a superficial safety net feeling of being taken care of by something outside you which is using this inner, lonely voice we call our mind.
In that identified state, thinking defines you: the you, you think you are.
Our mind, the one you listen to and virtually takes care of you, gives you this comfort blanket and gives you this inner feeling of being taken care of as the extension of your parents. It talks to you in the same way, probably with the same voice of one of them.
This mind character in your head appears only there, in the realm of identity and with it comes confusion, comparison, competition, pain and pleasure, addiction and desire, not joy and certainly no peace, no inner peace.
In living your thoughts, you identify them as Your Life which they are not: they are just a representation of your attention, where you were thinking about, the object or subject you were putting your attention on a few seconds ago.
It highlights where your thoughts were, it is the feedback in our system. A fantastic tool, until you unleash it, until you let it decide your direction: it becomes a compass chasing its own South, a lizard eating its own tail, Ouroboros.
In this state of identifying, we take the representation, this projection of our attention, projected on the screen, provided to our senses to perceive and call the thoughts reality but it is still a projection and therefore, not reality itself.
We are fooling ourselves here: interpreting the signals from our senses with the representation of the direction of our own
