About this ebook

Prathyagrahi was a successful rich man amassed lot of wealth but at the age of ninety six he suddenly became bedridden. In the beginning of his life, Prathyagrahi's family was very poor but enthusiastic and intelligent Prathyagrahi always wanted to be rich. Suddenly he became quite rich in his young days itself and there was a rumor that Prathyagrahi took the help of some spirits to become rich like that. But Prathyagrahi never has agreed to that and his wife Savitri also could not know the truth however much hard she tried.

Even she always suspected, Savitri did not convince and confirm in herself that Prathyagrahi took the help of some evil power to become rich like that, until she heard her granddaughter Ragini, possessed by the bad angel Upanya talking at bedridden Prathyagrahi that she would take revenge on him and his family as he took help from her and betrayed her and her gang. Feeling very much fear that Upanya, the bad angel, put her words into action, at the suggestion of his whole family, Prathyagrahi's son Sadan invited his parapsychologist friend Anurag to his home to solve the problem of that evil power. Once came into the house of his friend Sadan, Anurag started trying in all the ways possible to know about that evil power and solve the problem. He suspected that some spirit was trying to contact the people in Prathyagrahi's room and communicate something because of the strange experiences of nurses at Prathyagrahi and Prathyagrahi's daughter Mandakini in that room. He made Yamuna, the night time nurse at Prathyagrahi to act as medium to that spirit and that spirit, who was Prathyagrahi himself, came into Yamuna and communicated with his family. Prathyagrahi's sorcerer friend Viloma gave him the ability to separate himself from the body and communicate with his family members.

Prathyagrahi at last revealed his secret through Yamuna that he took the help of Upanya the bad angel to become rich in his life promising to help it and its gang in return in their deeds but after coming to know about the bad nature of Upanya and her gang he got them spell-bounded to metal dolls, put them in a metal pot and buried deep under earth by his friend and sorcerer Viloma. But after eighty or so of years, the place where those bad angels were buried was excavated, that pot has been taken out from there and when the metal dolls were touched with impure hands they lost their power and those bad angels could become free. Viloma once again made those dolls became powerful and got them reached Prathyagrahi.

As suggested by Prathyagrahi, Anurag made contact with Viloma, the sorcerer, to know how to get rid of those bad angels again. Viloma said to him, on a peculiar solar eclipse day, which comes on a Sunday, first week, first month in a year, luckily which was going to happen soon, those bad angels would be with very little power and on that day those bad angels could be easily invited into those metal dolls, spell-bounded and buried under earth after putting them in a special metal pot as he did on such a peculiar solar eclipse day eighty years or so back. But some conditions have to be met with to do that and Viloma elaborated them to Anurag. Those conditions were carefully met with by Anurag and Sadan's family members and on the peculiar solar eclipse day, Viloma possessing Anurag invited those bad angels into those dolls, spell-bounded them and buried them deep under earth just as he did eighty years or so before.

But before being buried like that, Upanya and her gang, so desperately tried to escape from that and used Dr.Mallikarjun who attended on Prathyagrahi and Dr.Sasichandan who is a junior doctor in Dr.Mallikarjun's hospital. Samita, a nurse, also has been used by Upanya to spoil the plans of Anurag and Viloma.  But however much hard they tried none of their plans worked and they had to meet with the tragic end!

    Prologue

That was the terrace of the building of a rich man Prathyagrahi and at that time on it were six bad angels, stationed in the east side corner of it.

Already one month has passed after we have become freed from our spells and came out of earth. We came straight here and stationed on the house of that cheater and betrayer who took help from us promising that he would help in return but got us spell-bounded and buried deep under the earth. If those people have not excavated the place where we have been buried, took the pot out from there and dolls from it with their impure hands, we still would have been there lying to mix in the universe against our will. Upanya, the tiger headed woman nude body angel, said.

I cannot say whether we are lucky or unlucky. Once again there is a solar eclipse on a Sunday in the first week and first month of a new year! We cannot take any soul into us from two years before that day. Not just that, we cannot kill anyone either because we have to take the souls of the people we kill. Already one month has passed after the starting of two years period. Just one day before that two years period you took the soul of this cheater’s daughter in law into you and gave that strength to all of us. But there is a long time to pass and how can we manage ourselves? Katina, woman headed with serpent body and wings angel, asked.

It is really very much ironical that we have been freed only just one day before that two years period started. If atleast ten days before we have been freed to that two years period, we could have taken more souls into us and keep our strength. Hissing out heavily Lamba, goat faced woman naked body angel, said.

Are you thinking that we did a good thing by coming here like this? Those bloody dolls are here itself and even by chance we go near to them, they do attract us into them. They kept us under the earth like that for more than eighty years.  Kundira, lion headed male naked body angel, said.

You are absolutely right Upanya nodded her head and said. We really did a big mistake by coming straight to this cheater’s home. My only idea is to take revenge on this cheater in a systematic manner. I did not expect that Viloma would make the dolls reach here making them fully powerful again! If we are away from them, there may not be any problem to us. Now there is a danger that by mistake we go near to them and be stuck to them. It would be very difficult to us to free ourselves if we have been stuck to those dolls. Hissing out heavily, Upanya said.

In my opinion, we did not do a mistake. Katina said with firm voice. We all shall be careful not to go near to those dolls. Wherever we may be in the entire universe, those dolls are potential threat to us. Staying here, we can find ways to incapacitate them.

As we have been stuck to those dolls for such a long time, we have developed such a fear to them.  If we don’t go near to them, there would be no danger to us. Yes, we shall be careful. Lamba said.

Katina and Lamba are absolutely right. Ippala, pig headed woman nude body angel, said. And it is quite simple to incapacitate those dolls also. If we just throw those dolls into the sea or pour salt water on them, they become completely useless and no one can bind us to them.

What if one of us possesses one of the family members here, goes near to those dolls and pour salt water on them? It would be so easy in making the dolls useless like that. Kabra, dog headed woman nude body angel, said.

It would be quite dangerous to us even to go near to those dolls. They immediately attract us into them and we just cannot free ourselves once we have stuck to them. So we should not go near to them at all either by possessing someone or all by ourselves. Upanya said. Moreover, remember one thing! Even we make those dolls useless now, Viloma once again can prepare such dolls. To that great sorcerer Viloma, even he has become a spirit now, it is not difficult to get prepare such dolls once again to bind us. So it is better that we don’t worry about making those dolls useless until we do something with that Viloma.

You are absolutely right. We all help you in the way you want in fighting against that Viloma Lamba said.

I know about it. But until we have enough strength in us, we must not go against him. It would be quite dangerous even to our existence. Upanya said. I do plan for it. Don’t worry about it unnecessarily.

Viloma may not wait until that peculiar solar eclipse day. He may get us stuck to the dolls and bury us at anytime he wants. Katina said.

He can do it like that but it would not last long. We can be freed just in one or two years after our burying like that and Viloma very well knows what would be the consequences then. If we have been spell-bounded and buried during that particular solar eclipse, it would be just the end of us. Unless we have been freed like before, we need to mix ourselves into the universe against our will after hundred years. So Viloma surely does wait until that particular solar eclipse day. Upanya said.

Once the solar eclipse day is over, once we get our strength back, we can go far away from here. We can withstand the attraction of the dolls with our strength in our body. Ippala, pig headed woman naked body angel, said.

You are absolutely right. Upanya nodded her head and said again. Somehow or other we can find a way to make those dolls incapacitated also.

But we have to come over that danger first. If we don’t do something, that Viloma sure does try to spell-bind and bury us once again on that peculiar solar eclipse day. Lamba said.

Only Kundira, Ippala and Kabra can be helpful to us in this regard looking into those three angels there, Upanya said. Only these three have the capacity to gain strength through sex also.

I sure do try to help. But you know my limitations also in gaining strength like that. Kundira said.

I cannot say that you are wrong in thinking that we gain strength through sex and give to you people until that peculiar solar eclipse is over. I also have my limitations just like Kundira but I am promising you that I gain strength through sex and give it to you three. Ippala said.

I cannot possess bodies as Kundira and Ippala but can raise the urge from outside in human beings and gain strength by making them have sexual intercourse. My task is not going to be as much difficult as Kundira’s and Ippala’s but you know I also have some limitations. But don’t worry, I gain strength and give it to you three looking into the faces of Upanya, Katina and Lamba;  Kabra, dog headed woman naked body angel, said.

Katina and I don’t need much strength. You give even very small to us, we can manage. It is Upanya who needs it more. She needs to deal with that sorcerer Viloma, who in fact spell-bounded us and buried us deep under the earth. Lamba said.

You need to do something with that Viloma without much delay, Upanya. Even he died and became a spirit, he sure does try to find ways to spell-bind us and bury us again on the incoming peculiar solar eclipse day. Just remember we have been spell-bounded and buried on a solar eclipse day which came on a Sunday which came in the first week and first month in a new year. Just like as we have become powerless and incapacitated on that day, we shall become so on this peculiar solar eclipse day also which is coming just like that. with fear in her eyes, Katina said. None of us can go against him. Only you are capable of that.

I am not oblivious of this fact. But I cannot start fighting with that Viloma from now itself. I have to use whatever strength I am having, to do that. There is long time in between and we plan it carefully. In the meanwhile Kundira, Ippala and Kabra have to gain strength through sex and make me more powerful.

We three know very well how important it is to us to restrain that Viloma and escape from being buried again on the incoming peculiar solar eclipse day. We try our level best, gain strength through sex and give it to you. Ippala said.

But you have to use the strength given by us very conservatively. You know our limitations and gaining strength through sex is not an easy thing. Kundira said.

I always do remember this. Looking into the face of Kundira, Upanya said.

I cannot gain as much strength as Kundira and Ippala as I cannot possess bodies as they both do. But I am promising you I get as much strength as possible and give it to you. Kabra said.

There came a happy expression in the face of Upanya. Friends, be relaxed! With the active help of Kundira, Ippala and Kabra, we can escape being buried on the incoming peculiar solar eclipse day. If we can escape from that, we need not worry about for another one hundred years or so.

It all depends on the point how you can deal with that Viloma. He is the potential threat to us. With a cautious expression in her face, Katina said.

You are absolutely right. Upanya nodded her head while looking into the face of Katina. As I said before we plan it very carefully. I am confident that we can not only restrain him but destroy him this time.

It is possible only to you Upanya Kabra said. None of us are capable to go even near to him.

I know about that Upanya said. At present that Viloma is not thinking about us. I should not waste my strength going against him now unnecessarily and the strength I am having at present is not enough for that either. Once the time comes nearer to the solar eclipse day and I get enough strength in my body through Kundira, Ippala and Kabra, I carefully plan and deal with that Viloma

There was silence sometime until it has broken by Upanya. I have made that cheater and betrayer Prathyagrahi started suffering. I shall show him what the hell is. In the meanwhile I need to do a lot and plan carefully to counter that Viloma and escape from the danger on the peculiar solar eclipse day.

I know that you don’t remain calm and put yourself in some task or the other to protect us. That is why we all have made you our leader. Katina said.

Then for some more time those six angels discussed in themselves a lot.

    Chapter-1

That was a three floor building in the hall in the second floor of which all those people were assembled sitting in the chairs laid there. There were halls like that in those three floors but they usually would prefer to sit in that floor and talk as the old woman Savitri was living in the left side last flat of that floor. At present her husband Prathyagrahi was bedridden and in a coma like state in the right side last room in the third floor of that house. Because of that all the children of Prathyagrahi and Savitri assembled there.

Yes, we are here now in our home for this reason. I am happy that we all have come and stationed together but only after a situation like this arisen. Why we never have thought before to be together in this way? Prathap asked them.

You very well know why could not we were. We all have been busy in our jobs and professions. We were here, talked with our father and mother but not all of us at one time like this. Manohar said.

Alright, my sons. You all have come at least now. I am very happy that my two daughters and four sons are in my home in this way. Your father also would have been quite happy if he knows about your presence here but he is in such a condition at present. Savitri said.

Why he is being treated in our home itself, I cannot understand. Why he has not been admitted in any hospital? Is it not would be more helpful to him? Saknutala asked her mother Savitri.

His only wish to me was not to move him from out of his home to a hospital under any circumstances. He was even ready to lose his life rather than to be put in a hospital. So we have to convert his room itself into an ICU. Savitri paused for a moment. "Your dad never suffered any serious illness in his whole life. I cannot say why but he suddenly inflicted with this disease in the end of his life.

It is quite surprising to me why our father wished like that! What would be the problem to him if he has been moved away from this house and joined in a hospital? Prathap asked.

He just psychologically felt like that. He never suffered from any serious illness and he never was joined in a hospital. From the moment he constructed this house he liked it a lot. He just does not want to move away from here. He does not like the idea of being moved away from this house and be joined in a hospital. There is nothing more than that in it.  Savitri sighed heavily and said.

What Savitri said is absolutely true. My friend is just like that and there are people who feel in such a way Mallikarjun, who was their family doctor who sat among them then said. Anyhow there is no problem whatsoever. I am looking after everything that he needs. Two efficient nurses are with him in rotation looking after his every necessity.

But uncle from what my dad is suffering now? Sakuntala asked him. What is wrong exactly with him and when he can become alright?

That is what has become very difficult to me to say. Mallikarjun said. He suddenly appeared disturbed one day to me. He said he lost his appetite and was feeling weak. I have made a thorough search of him but could not find any wrong with him. I have prescribed medicines and asked him to take. He took the medicines but there was no use at all. He not only did not recover his appetite but could not even manage to eat food. Surprisingly he started becoming more and more weak and reached the present day situation.

If Mandakini and her husband are not with us, the situation would have been completely different. Madakini looked after her father, me and the house and Sasikant after the business. Savitri said looking into the faces of the people there. You people know how hard your dad has worked to develop the business and make it to reach this stage on this day. All you people could settle in your lives only because of that business. It is Sasikant who not only looked after the business but made it even more profitable.

Need you tell all about it now mom with little irritation in her face, Mandakini said. Is it is a great thing to me to look after my dad? What a common man that Sasikant you know. Dad supported Sasikant while he was in utmost difficulties. In fact dad helped him by giving him an opportunity to prove himself so.

What Mandakini said is right. Sakuntala did not like that her sister was praised like that by her mother. That Sasikant was really a very ordinary person and joined in their organization as a chartered accountant and this silly girl loved him. Anyhow this was their good luck! That Sasikant could get a chance to prove himself like that and this woman could get all the good name looking after their parents so. What a simple and ordinary person that Sasikant was! If we people have not agreed to the marriage of our Mandakini with Sasikant, he sure would not have been in the position he is now.

Even without marrying our Mandakini also, Sasikant sure would have been in a good position on this day because he is a chartered accountant, clever and intelligent. Savitri said. The rancor in Sakuntala towards her sister Mandikini did not go unnoticed by Savitri.

Alright mom, what sister said as well is true. You all have given us a chance. I looked after you and Sasikant could prove himself so. Smiling charmingly indicating no more arguments were necessary, Mandakini said.

It irritated Sakuntala even more but she remained silent. It was not so that Sakuntala always would feel anger like that towards Mandakini. Mandakini was more than ten years young to Sakunatala, taking birth after she, Prathap and Manohar. Then Murali and Sadan. Sakuntala’s husband Vijayan was an IAS officer retired in a very high cadre and her children Swapna and Vinod were also studied high and settled in their lives comfortably. But Mandakini and Sasikant were really lucky! They could stay in the home itself and got the good name like this.

Now we think about dad. I am not thinking that he would ever be alright if he has been left like that. It is already three days that he has been in a coma state like that in his room. Manohar said.

But I said to you people about your dad’s wish. He does not want to be moved away from this house and admitted in a hospital. How we can deny his wish? Savitri asked him looking into his eyes.

But how long he can be alive like that? How long we can leave him like that in his room even however much potential ICU it has been turned into? We need to think about this also. Manohar said again.

What brother said as well is true. If we want our father to live long he has to be put in a very sophisticated hospital under the care of specialists. Sadan said.

I am not thinking that it would make any difference in the matter. No specialists can get any change in him at all. At his ninety five years or so of his age, I am thinking it is better that we do leave him like this respecting his wish rather than moving him out of his house and admitted him in a hospital against his desire. Dr.Mallikarjun said.

They all have talked in between themselves for half an hour or so more before disbursing themselves from that place.

W hat you are thinking ? What is the best thing to do? when she and Sakuntala were alone in her room, Mandakini asked her.

Sakuntala adjusted herself for more comfort in the chair while looking into the face of Mandakini. She was not feeling the animosity she felt sometime back on her. What’s your opinion tell me first. You are more associated with dad than any of us. She asked Mandakini.

Mandakini sighed heavily and tried to say something but before that her daughter Ragini came there. You both are in your room? I have been searching for you in the whole house.

What is that much necessary has come up to search for me in the whole house? looking irritatingly into the face of her daughter Mandakini asked her.

My friends and I are going on a picnic day after tomorrow. I want some money. Ragini asked her.

You are seeing how your grandfather here is now. How you can go on trips like that while the situation is like this in home?

Oh, Manu. Let her go on that picnic. What she can do and why she should be stopped from having some enjoyment just because of our dad is like this? continuing to look into the face of her sister, Sakuntala said.

He is her own grandfather. How she can forget about it? Mandakini angrily said.

Swpna and Vinod also the grandchildren of dad. They too are not bothering much about him. I have asked them to come and see their grandpa but they did not bother at all. Sakuntala said.

They are married and settled in their lives. They have their own obligations that they cannot leave their works and come. Mandakini said.

It is not so Manu. Our children are not much bothering about our dad who did that much for us. That is what I am sure. Nodding her head helplessly Sakuntala said.

To that matter dad did a lot for me than any of you. Mandakini said and looked into the face of her daughter. There shall be no enjoyments of whatsoever sort until grandfather is completely recovered. Just get out! she angrily said.

Manu, please. Sakuntala said and looked into the face of Ragini. I am giving permission on behalf of your mom and I give the money later. You can go.

Thank you very much aunty with a smile on her face, Ragini went away from that place.

The reason for my hesitating to allow her to go on day after tomorrow is Mandakini paused for a moment and said I don’t know how the dad’s situation would be on that day. Whether.... Tears started flowing down on the cheeks of Mandakini.

I can understand your fear. Sakuntala took the hand of Mandakini into her hands and squeezed it gently. Nothing like that happens. Don’t worry unnecessarily. Surprisingly she did not feel as much emotion as Mandakini felt, she could maintain her calmness.

But you don’t know Saku, I am feeling a strange fear. Mandakini got off from the chair. I am feeling fear that he may not live long.

Sakuntala too got off from the chair and went near to her sister and put her hand around her shoulders. We have to appreciate the facts. Our dad is more than ninety five years old. However much dearest our dad to us, he too should go on one day. Is it is not better that he dies rather than suffering like this?

You are right sister. I am not a child and I too understood this point. But..... Mandakini stopped.

I just cannot understand what you are trying to say. Looking confusingly into the face of her sister, Sakuntala said.

Every time I have been entering into dad’s room, I am feeling different. I am having a strange feeling. There is someone else other than our dad in that room.

Yes, there will be one of the nurses all the time in that room.

I am not talking about human presence, I am talking about something paranormal, something supernatural! with a strange expression in her face, Mandakini said.

What you are really thinking? Sakuntala made Mandakini abruptly turned towards her and looked straight into her face. Something paranormal... Something supernatural....

Absolutely. That is my feeling. My other strong feeling is dad’s illness now is not natural. There is something paranormal behind it. Mandakini said. And it does not let him live long.

Shut your bloody mouth! You just lost your mental balance. How and why you are thinking like that I cannot understand. Sakuntala angrily said. Many a time I entered into dad’s room and stayed with him. I did not have any such feeling. The nurses there also did not say that they have any such type of feeling in that room.

Oh, god! Mandakini came near to the chair she sat before, slumped herself in it and took her head into both of her hands. I just don’t know how to convince you.

Sakuntala dragged her chair near to Mandakini and put her right hand around her shoulders. I can understand Manu. As I said before you have been closely associated with dad than any of us. We all know how our dad’s childhood was, in what type of environment he has grown up, how he has become rich like this! His parents were very poor, doing labor work. Our dad was the only son to them but intelligent and clever.  He studied hard, worked hard, started business.... Sakuntala tried to say something more.

Took the help of devils and prospered in his life as no one prospered. Mandakini said and her voice was just like whisper.

That is just a rumor dear. Our dad never confirmed that. Our dad never agreed that he took the help of any paranormal to develop in his life. Sakuntala said.

But that is the truth. It is a fact. Mandakini’s voice was still like a whisper.

Have you got any proof of that? Can you prove that dad has taken the help of any paranormal to prosper in his life? knitting her brows together, Sakuntala asked her.

It is my strong subconscious feeling. There is something paranormal behind our dad’s prosperity like that. Not just that, our dad did some mistakes also. That is why whatever devils helped him got angry with him and caused this illness to him. Leaned back in the chair, closing her eyes Mandakini said sighing heavily.

Shut up! Are not you feeling ashamed to talk about our dad like this? Have you forgotten about how much dad helped you and your husband? looking angrily into the face of her sister, Sakuntala asked her.

How can I forget about that? Even in our dreams also, Sasikant and I never can forget about that. With a sorrowful expression on her face, Mandakini said.

Sakuntala hissed out heavily and remained silent because she too was thinking in herself about what Mandakini said. She knew about her father’s background and how poor and menial it was. She also heard that rumor that her father took the help of some paranormal to prosper in his life even she never took it seriously. In fact talking like this would cause lot of damage to the good name Mandakini got by serving her parents all these days. Without any base why she would talk like that?

What you are thinking sis? You are quite angry with me, are not you? looking into her face with the same sorrowful expression, Mandakini said.

I am not. Sakuntala nodded her head in negation. Anyhow we have forgotten about the main thing. What we have to do now about our dad? I have asked you tell me first what is the best in your opinion.

Is it is not better that we change our dad from here into some costly hospital? Atleast this paranormal may not come there. Adjusting herself in the chair, Mandakini said.

You don’t forget about that, do you? Sakuntala smiled and said. If there is some paranormal, it can come anywhere. I don’t think it is better to do against his strong wish. Moreover there may be some strong reason also behind our dad’s asking not to move him from here.

But I just cannot remain peaceful seeing him suffering like that Mandakini said.

I do discuss about this with Vijayan also and then tell you.

Why he was not with us while we were discussing with that Mallikarjun in the hall?

He has been sent into the village by mom to get something.

Both those sisters remained silent as they did not know what to talk then.

Y ou can go now. I shall stay with this old man from now on. Sujatha, the day time nurse for Prathyagrahi said to the night time nurse Yamuna there.

Yamuna got off from the chair and there was an uneasy expression in her face.

I am not thinking that you are feeling well. Did not you sleep at all in the night? looking into the face of Yamuna, Sujatha asked her.

Sleeping! I am feeling lot of fear even to stay with this old man. There is something very much unnatural here. looking fearfully into the face of Prathyagrahi there Yamuna said.

You are right. If the pay is not this much beautiful, I never have preferred to stay with him. Hissing out heavily Sujatha said. All the time I am thinking that there is something else also with me and it is trying to talk with me.

I am also feeling in the same way. But your position is lot better comparing with me. You need to stay day time with him and someone or other all the time comes here. You need not feel as much fear as I am feeling. Yamuna said.

May be you are right Sujatha nodded her head.

If you don’t mind, shall we change our shifts? Would you come and stay in the night times for some days that I do come in the day times? Yamuna asked her.

Sujatha was about to say something but then Dr.Mallikarjun entered into that room. What you both are talking? looking at one time in the faces of both of them, he asked them. Usually he was coming in the evening but as there was another work to him to attend then he came in the morning of that day.

Nothing sir both of them immediately said. But there is no change in him sir. He is in the same way as he is for the last three days. Yamuna said.

I expected that. You people don’t worry. Just do in the way I asked. Dr.Mallikarjun said while testing Prathyagrahi minutely. How long he goes like this I cannot understand. May not be too long. He said again.

From what he is suffering doctor? Sujatha asked him.

A variety neural disease from which there is no cure at all, I think. The exact disease could not be diagnosed by me. Dr.Mallikarjun said. If you people are feeling difficulty in attending him, let me know I arrange some other people.

When we said that we are facing difficulty sir? We both are very happy to do this job. Yamuna hurriedly said. Sujatha looked gratefully into the face of Yamuna as she said that on her behalf of also.

That’s good. Dr.Mallikarjun nodded his head.

While those three were talking like that Sadan entered into that room and both the nurses’ eyes glued to him at once. Sadan was indeed a very handsome personality with thirty four years of age.

How is dad uncle? he looked into the face of Dr.Mallikarjun and asked him.

As he has been for the last three days. Not even opening his eyes. Just in comatose.

I am thinking it is better that we shift him to some other place where he can get better care. Sadan said Of course dad does not like it at all but I still cannot remain thinking like that.

As soon as Sadan said that there came depressive expressions into the faces of Sujatha and Yamuna. They did not like even the idea of that old man to be changed into anywhere. They were very much disliking even the idea of losing the comfortable income they were getting from working there. The both of them were receiving lump sum amount on the end of their shift everyday. I don’t know how long he goes on like that. But I want you both to feel happy as long as you work here. Savitri said to them both on the first day itself when they were together.

He is getting the best care here Sadan. I have made all arrangements for the best treatment to him here. He cannot get better treatment anywhere else than here. Dr.Mallikarjun said. Moreover in this more than ninety five years of age, he cannot be given intensive treatment.

Oh, uncle, I am not undermining your capacity. I know about your friendship with dad. What all I want to say is..... Sadan tried to say something more.

You already denied his one wish by not marrying and settling in your life. Don’t try to his another wish also by moving him out from his house and admitting him in a hospital. He just does not like at all to be moved away from here and admitted in a hospital.

I know about that uncle. I heard him saying so. But how long he would live if we leave him like this? knitting his brows together, Sadan asked him.

You all people may think in yourself about that Sadan. If you all think that it would be better to admit him in a hospital, we would do so. Even it would not do any better, I agree with it if you all people think like that. Dr.Mallikarjun said.

Already we have a discussion and you too know what mom expressed. Sadan sighed. I just cannot remain without expressing myself so. Our dad did a lot for us. But we have to leave him like this. How much unhappy he is in himself, who knows?

Oh, Sadan, whether you do like it or not, still there is a way to you to make your dad happy. You still can be married and settled in your life while your dad is alive. You are thirty four years aged and now also you can marry. You don’t know how much your dad wished that you would be married and have a family. Looking into his face Dr.Mallikarjun said.

Marriage and family life don’t suit me much, I am sorry. With a small smile on his lips, Sadan said.

Alright, as you wish. Saying so Dr.Mallikarjun looked into the face of Sujatha there. You are going to stay with him till nine in the night?

Yes, sir Sujatha obediently nodded his head.

Check him for every half an hour and if there is any change let me know. That intravenous fluids must not be stopped. We are able to feed him only in such a way. Yamuna you do also remember it carefully.

I remember sir Yamuna nodded her head and said.

How long those things do last?

We are having enough in store in the refrigerator sir. I tell you in advance while we are having two days stock with us.

Good. Be dedicated. Your services will be remembered forever.

We always do our best sir. Sujatha said.

    Then Dr.Mallikarjun left
