If you're here, that means you're already curious about what mindfulness is and what it entails. It also means that you've had to deal with extreme pressure over the past few years. This has probably affected your relationships and even your level of happiness.
For a long while, a lot of us have been tested like never before. Our sense of well-being, our mental health, and our general health have been put under immense pressure. If you haven't experienced it, someone close to you likely has. The good news is that this problem is surmountable.
