Byron Pulsifer I have been fortunate enough to not only have received training in many facets of human behavior, but have also been able to use my training, skills, and experiences to engage in making life easier for many people. Part of my experience has included criminology, employee assistance, strategic planning, motivational seminars, small business ownership, and teaching essentials of the Christian faith. I also firmly believe that learning never ends; it is an ongoing lifestyle that has framed how I approach each day of the year. Catherine Pulsifer I went from a high school secretarial graduate to a senior manager of a major international corporation. My employment advancement, however, was not without many hurdles that I had to overcome. With many challenges facing me, at different times in my life, I was inspired by reading biographies of people who faced similar challenges, and by reading as many motivational and inspiring books as I could find. I not only read these books but implemented the knowledge in my daily life, both personal and professional. In 1998, I wrote my first book, "Wings of Wisdom". I was able to accomplish writing this book even though I had a demanding full-time job and two children at home. Part of my success in writing my first book was because I used the goal-setting strategies that I later wrote about in "Wings for Goals". I also devote a portion of my time to developing an inspirational and motivational website, www.stresslesscountry.com.
