    I follow my instincts

    for a dish

    colorful.

    Ingrediants

    Swiss chard

    Rustic wholemeal tagliatelle

    Chopped peanuts

    Pitted black olives

    Caper leaves

    Mascarpone cheese

    Extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta in water, drain it and recover the cooking water in which you will blanch the chard. Drain them. Put all the ingredients in the pan and sauté them for a few minutes.

    Ingrediants

    Almonds

    Garlic

    Neapolitan basil

    Genoese basil

    Parmesan Cheese

    Butter

    Extra virgin olive oil

    Bucatini

    Powdered ginger

    Preparation

    Chop the basil with the garlic and almonds. Put a little butter and oil in the pan. Heat and put the mince to mix the ingredients, add the ginger. Separately, cook the bucatini in water. Drain still al dente. Add them to the other ingredients mixed and stir-fried with plenty of Parmesan.
