Turmeric eggs with chilli seeds and buttered greens with griddled garlic sourdough
SERVES 2
FOR THE EGGS
• 4 organic eggs
• ½-1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1½ tbsp butter
• Sea salt and black pepper
FOR THE GREENS
• 1 tbsp butter
• 100g mixed spring greens, shredded
FOR THE SEEDS
• Drizzle of oil• 1-2• 80g mixed seeds• 1 tbsp honey• 1 tbsp soy sauce
