medium tomatoes 3
large red pepper 1
whole dried chillies 4, rehydrated, stems and seeds removed
garlic 3 cloves, peeled
bird's-eye chillies 2, seeded and chopped
Woolworths soft-eating Turkish apricots 100 g, roughly chopped
extra virgin olive oil ½ cup
For the seed brittle:
caster sugar 100 g
mixed seeds 100 g
mixed marrows 400 g
organic orange pumpkin 1 (about 1.2 kg), thinly sliced
extra virgin olive oil 4 T to taste
