TEN TIPS FOR CREATING A GREAT MEAL
Start with confidence
Always Invest in good sharp knives
Shop fresh, for only what you need
Most times Salt and Pepper is all you need
Store ingredients properly
Always make sure pan is hot
Have the store deli, seafood or meat counters do most of the cutting
Buying whole chickens has many great uses and can be cost effective
Small plastic deli containers are a great way to store ingredients
Make cooking fun, and not a spectator sport, encourage others to be a part of creating a meal by assigning them a recipe!
Bonus Tip: Well prepared stocks and sauces can make a difference

Throughout this book, we have created a fusion of mouthwatering recipes from different regional and national cuisines to create tasty soups, snacks, and main dishes. As a long time enthusiastic home cook and professional, I have seen many cookbooks. But only a few really catch my eye in simplicity and preparing meals for vegetarians, meat lovers and who can forget the sweet heart desserts.
This book was designed with No cooking skills required. Best of all, we have added a bit of extra flavor by including wine suggestions with each
dish - although personal taste should be the first criteria in wine selection.
We have thoroughly tested recipe after recipe to ensure that you get the absolute best experience when sharing with family and friends. After all, that’s what this book is about Fun and Sharing.
