1 large onion, diced
1 medium carrot, peeled and diced
1 celery stick, diced
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
1tsp yeast extract or miso paste
200g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
500g frozen soy mince
