Starting at the Elegant Sassi Restaurant in North Scottsdale, where he was apart of the culinary team that helped achieve the restaurant’s first AAA 4 Diamond Award. Taking his knowledge of “scratch” traditional Italian cuisine, he headed to the 5 Diamond, 5 Star Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Working in all areas of culinary, he finished his stint there in the 4 Diamond Il Terrazzo Restaurant. After the Phoenician, he continued to grow his career in management roles at the Fairmont Princess Resort, the Westin Kierland Resort, Compass USA, and a return to the Phoenician Resort in 2019 to help open the Phoenicna Tavern.view less
