    Here's a recipe for Zesty Lemon Herb Chicken:

    Ingredients:

    ●  4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    ●  2 lemons (juice and zest)

    ●  3 cloves of garlic, minced

    ●  2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

    ●  1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

    ●  1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

    ●  1/4 cup olive oil

    ●  Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.

    Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate. For best results, marinate for a few hours or overnight.

    Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.

    Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Place the chicken on the grill or skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

    Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.

    Serve the zesty lemon herb chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
