Grilled Chicken Breast with Lemon and Herbs Ingredients:
● 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
● 1 clove garlic, minced
● 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
● 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)
● Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the Grill:
● Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Chicken:
● Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels.
● Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Make the Marinade:
● In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped thyme, and chopped rosemary. Mix well.
Marinate the Chicken:
● Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag.
● Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, making sure it's well-coated.
Reserve the remaining marinade for later.
