Here’s an easy-to-follow recipe for KFC-style Fried Chicken, using halal ingredients and simple kitchen tools:
Ingredients:
● 8 pieces of chicken (thighs, drumsticks, or preferred cuts)
● 2 cups all-purpose flour
● 1 tbsp paprika
● 1 tbsp garlic powder
● 1 tbsp onion powder
● 1 tbsp dried oregano
● 1 tbsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
● 1 tbsp black pepper
● 1 tbsp salt
● 2 cups buttermilk
● Vegetable oil for frying
Tools Required:
● Mixing bowls
● Deep frying pan or pot
● Tongs
● Wire rack
● Paper towels
Method:
Prepare the Chicken:
● Rinse the chicken pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
